Stop and enjoy the Fall

Andres and I went down to Drake Park here in Bend to enjoy the fall colors and sunshine. Today he is 23 months old and since the Thanksgiving Day he was born, I've been taking photos of him on the twenty-fourth of each month. I had planned to stop that next month on his second birthday but a part of me wants to continue documenting his growth until he turns 18. How fun would that be to receive a book or collage of images of each month of his progression over the course of his childhood?! We shall see..by the time he's 14 he may be fed up with Mom's camera in his face. Anyhow it was a gorgeous day and it was a relaxing to just sit and enjoy the suroundings and my son playing. I needed the break. The next few days will be busy with wrapping up my dolls and gettting them online, cleaning the house (hah), attending my Sister-in-law's blessing way, and seeing family from out of town. The icing on the cake of this busy week will be on Sunday evening when my favorite author will be speaking here. David Sedaris is the only person who makes me laugh so hard that I cry~
