Thank you to those who"adopted" my dolls at the last update! There's still a couple of dolls available and I will be having another doll update probably at the end of the month (and there will be another version of the Louise Brooks doll ..at least thats the plan). I thought I'd share a snippet of what I've been working on lately. I had a few requests to do busts and these are what I've created so far. The next ones may or may not have arms as I've found it's quite difficult to paint the spaces between the body and arms! These ladies will either be available next week or at the next update. I'll let you know before they go into my shop at least a few days in advance.
The next few weeks will be very busy as I will be looking after my son full time along with finishing up some other work I need to get done before summer fades away. My husband (who has the summer off from teaching) has been a great help with Andres, but now it's my turn to watch the "little handful"(at two and a half he's a non stop jumper, climber and runner these days). Mark does architectural models on the side and he's making a topo map (6' x 6') for a new golf course on the coast of Oregon. It's a lucrative job, but it's time consuming and he must finish it by Labor Day weekend. So I may be doing some all nighters or at least late nights creating new dolls/sculptures but I will try and post at least once a week for the month of August.

Woo-hoo..tomorrow's my 38th birthday (and Mr. Sixth Sense director there too) and I know it'll be a great one:) I'm not one to toot my own horn, but you probably wouldn't believe I was a really a Leo if I didn't mention that.:) See you soon!
