Lisa Swifka of A Whimsical Bohemian has been hosting this fantastic event as a way of meeting fellow bloggers from around the world with each blog particiapting holding a drawing for a prize at the end of the event on Feb 17th. For those who follow my blog you know how much I love Isabelle de Borchgrave's paper costumes. Well her work is coming to San Francisco's Legion of Honor next month for those of you lucky enough to be in the area. I for one will not be missing it..
And speaking of upcoming/current exhibitions I found this video of a beautiful and somewhat creepy "android"tympanum player created of and for Marie Antoinette in the lates 1700's. It's on display at the Science and Curiosities at the Court of Versailles exhibition thru February.
We'll be hunkering down this weekend (the flu bug arrived last night) but I hope you enjoy this holiday weekend:)
