{ Happy Independence Day! }

Since getting back from our little excursion last week we've pretty much been working away on getting projects finished, the house and yard fixed and cleaned before the guys trek on down to California. Time flys by when you're keeping busy. But we always try to make time for a little fun, such as the case yesterday when Mark took Andres up to Mt. Bachelor (our local ski resort) for some snowboarding. Andres has been here many times for lessons and romping around in the snow but this was his first time to the Summit. He's far braver than me (and I've been skydiving) ~ we're proud of him..one more step towards achieving a little more independence of his own.
